Bronx, NY- Earlier today, both Cross Country teams competed at the 2012 CUNYAC/ US Army Cross Country Championships at Van Cortlandt Park. This was the season finale for the 2012 Cross Country season. In the Women's Race, it was a 6k (3.72 miles) and won by Lizzy Mahoney of Hunter College with a time of  22:59. The race had 70 runners compete in it. All 9 Senior Colleges competed. Medgar Evers College finished in 9th place with 244pts. The Men's Race was won by John Aiken of Hunter with a time of 28:38. This race featured 92 runners and all 9 Senior Schools competed. Medgar Evers finished in 8th place with 195pts.
